Build Rehabilitation Industries’ Work Activity Program (WAP), a sheltered work program, is designed to assist adults with developmental disabilities with their pursuit of vocational opportunities under specialized supervision. Participants served develop on the job skills and a strong work ethic while earning an income through productivity based piece rate work.
